How can we help?

Ask about the native launch, talk through a Team setup, or get help with your existing licence.

/Existing licence help

The troubleshooting below applies to current licences. Proposed native launch plans do not change your existing terms or access.

The email or sign-in link did not arrive

Request a new link from the License Manager, check spam, and use the newest message. For privacy, it gives the same response whether or not an account already exists.

You lost a key

Sign in with the verified email used for the licence. The License Manager can reveal and copy your own Personal or Pro key, or your assigned Team member key.

All device slots are full

Open the licence in the License Manager and deactivate a device you no longer use. Personal supports two active devices. Then request a fresh activation link.

Activate in VARC did not open the app

Confirm Varc is installed, click Try opening VARC again, or copy the key and enter it in the app. Browser or operating-system protocol prompts can prevent an automatic launch.

The activation link expired or was used

Return to the License Manager and click Activate in VARC again. Every handoff lasts five minutes, works once, and is consumed by a valid redemption attempt.

The link is for the wrong environment

Production and development builds use separate licence environments. Open the matching License Manager and request a new link; never edit the activation URL.

Varc asks before replacing a licence

A new activation can replace the key stored for that environment. Confirm only if you intend to switch licences; cancelling leaves the handoff available until it expires.

A paid build is outside the updates window

The newer build continues with Varc Free while retaining your saved state. Install a covered older build or renew updates in the License Manager to restore paid access.

You only need Varc Free

Download and open Varc. Free is permanent and does not require an account, licence key, activation, or licensing network request.

/Still need help?

Send the safe error message, Varc version, operating system, and whether you use a production or development build to hello@varc.dev. Never email a licence key, one-time activation URL, database credential, or database contents.
